我们在前一文中指出用化学法测量乙酸乙酯皂化反应速度常数,无需反应物有准确的初始浓度,而目前各高校皆用电导法测量此反应速度常数,因此读者一定会提出电导法能否同样无需反应物有准确的初始浓度而测得此反应的速度常数呢?本文用电导和摩尔电导等概念结合二级反应的速度理论,提出电导法测量此反应速度常数同样无需反应物有准确的初始浓度,所得k值与化学法测量基本一致,为此将方法作如下介绍供读者参考。
