患者,女,58岁,因呕吐、腹胀、便秘5日而自行以鲜乌桕根约140g煎水一次口服,约2小时后出现精神错乱,语无伦次,时而喃喃自语,时而大声呼叫,坐卧不安,酷似轻躁狂样.体检:双侧瞳孔中等散大,颜面肌肉呈局灶性抽搐,生理反射存在,未引出病理反射,血压正常,周围血像无变化,患者既往无类似发病史.经给予镇静剂及综合支持治疗,4小时后症状逐渐消失,随访1个月正常.
