直肠癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤,目前手术治疗仍是其主要治疗方法。自1991年开展第1例腹腔镜结直肠手术以来[1],经过20余年的发展,腹腔镜直肠癌手术方法已日趋成熟,并在国内众多医院广泛开展[2-3]。作者对早期直肠癌开腹手术与腹腔镜手术的疗效进行了比较,现报道如下。
