尽管丁俊晖最近在斯诺克赛场上战绩并不突出,刚刚在家门口举行的斯诺克中国公开赛上也没能闯入八强,但这并没有影响中国人对这项运动的关注。自小丁在斯诺克国际赛事中战胜诸多世界高手夺冠以来,中国人的热情被这项优雅的运动完全激发。当然,热情的本质也简单明了:一个中国人在一个不是中国人发明的运动中,击败了国外高手,民族的自豪感自然也提升。虽然大多数国人对斯诺克的规则,甚至有多少花色球都搞不清楚,但这并不影响人们谈论起丁俊晖时的兴高采烈。
