目的 :探讨 32只猴活体上颌犬齿口内摄片的最佳投照方法。方法 :32只猴均采用 X线中心线与矢状面夹角呈 6 0°~ 75°投照条件不变的情况下 ,X线中心线分别再向足侧倾斜 5 0°方法行 4只猴 8次照片 ;向足侧倾斜 70°方法 6只猴 12次照片及向足侧倾斜 85°方法 2 2只猴 44次照片。结果 :采用 5 0°方法 ,获取一类片 0 % ,二类片 2 5 % ,三类片 75 % ;采用 70°方法 ,获取一类片 0 % ,二类片 83% ,三类片 17% ;采用 85°方法 ,获取一类片 82 % ,二类片 18%。 5 0°投照方法获取的影像结果最差 ,85°投照方法获取的影像效果最好 ,三种方法统计学相差显著 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :拍摄猴犬齿片时应根据其解剖特点 ,加大投照角度到 85°,可得到满意的效果。
Objective: To explore the optimal method of in vivo imaging of maxillary canines in 32 monkeys. Conclusion: The filming of canine fangs should be based on its anatomical characteristics, increase the vote angle to 85 °, can be satisfied with the results.
