目的 :探求颈胸部 CT连扫时颈部较佳扫描参数组合 ,获得满意图像。方法 :30例分三组各 10例 ,按扫描野、扫描角度、图像矩阵等参数不同组合扫描成像并分析。结果 :扫描野大 ,椎骨横突后条纹伪影较严重 ,并可能有辐射状伪影 ,图像分辨率受到影响 ;扫描野小、扫描角度、图像矩阵小时 ,图像分辨率差。结论 :扫描野小、过角度扫描、图像矩阵大的参数组合 ,其扫描可提高图像质量。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the best combination of scanning parameters of neck and neck during CT scan, and obtain a satisfactory image. Methods: Thirty cases were divided into three groups of 10 cases. Scanning imaging and analysis were made according to different combinations of scanning field, scanning angle and image matrix. Results: The scanning artifact was more serious and the fringe artifacts were more serious after vertebral transverse process. Radiation-like artifacts were likely to occur and the image resolution was affected. When the scanning field was small, the scanning angle and the image matrix were small, the image resolution was poor. Conclusion: Scanning small field, over-angle scanning, image matrix large parameter combinations, the scan can improve the image quality.
