东西方文化的碰撞让人们对多元文化的渴望和视觉刺激的追求提升到了一个新的高度。于是欧式风格的设计中不断融入东方元素来打造不一般的异域格调。不同的组合总是可以创造出新的活力与动感。巧妙的结合中西方文化特色,以欧式风格所展现的或田园或奢华的基础上把中国古典的文化意蕴和中式家具融入到其中,打造不同于传统意义上的欧式风格,如此既满足了人们对古朴优雅的中国文化的怀旧情绪,也满足了人们对西方浪漫情怀的向往,体现出别样的趣味,而或硬朗明快,或细腻婉约的线条的应用生成了有生命和表现力的艺术形式,营造出欢愉的居室氛围,这样的居室空间陈述着东方文人的怀旧和对新时代的向往。
