屈指算来,我走上本公司加工厂领导岗位已四年有余。这四年,在加工厂发展史上具有重要意义。我们乘改革的东风,在公司的正确领导下,带领全厂职工,每年都有所建树。说成绩斐然有溢美之嫌,而经营成果、厂容厂貌和职工精神面貌的变化却是有目共睹的。截止今年7月底,本厂销售收入已达955万元,是1984年的3.5倍;利润达160万元,是1984年的4.4倍。四年来,我们既有“山重水复疑无路”的困惑,又有“柳暗花明又一村”的欢愉,
