党的工作作风在党的中央组织、地方组织、基层组织这三种组织层级上,既有其共性要求,也有其特殊呈现、原则要求。中央组织层面的工作作风,其原则要求是高屋建瓴、率先垂范、政经同构、创新发展。地方组织层面的工作作风,其原则要求是求真务实、真抓实干、奋发进取。基层组织层面的工作作风,其原则要求是深入细致、公正公信、克服简单粗暴。
The party’s work style has its common requirements as well as its special presentation and principle requirements at the three organizational levels of the party’s central organization, local organizations and grassroots organizations. The principle of working style at the central level of the organization is that it should be based on high standards of building and construction, take the lead in setting examples, create a harmonious economy and work out a pattern of innovation and development. At the local organizational level, the principle of working style is seeking truth and being pragmatic, working hard and making progress. At the grassroots level, the principle of working style at the grassroots level is to be thorough, fair and credible, and overcome simple and rude.
