对20倒甲状腺乳头状癌、18例伴乳头样增生的结节性甲状腺肿、5例伴乳头样增生的腺瘤、4例正常甲状腺组织分别作了p21ras免疫组化染色AgNOR定量计数。结果发现:p21ras阳性表达率、表达强度和AdNORs计数及形态变化从高到低依次为乳头状癌、结节性甲状腺肿、腺瘤。良、恶性病变之间比较有统计学意义。这表明p21ras强阳性表达和AgORs计数值高及形态改变有助于鉴别有乳头增生的良、恶性病变,也有助于发现早期癌变病例,二种检测方法有同等重要意义,并可互补。
The p21ras immunohistochemical staining of AgNOR was performed on 20 inverted thyroid papillary carcinomas, 18 nodular goiters with papillary hyperplasia, 5 adenomas with papillary hyperplasia, and 4 normal thyroid tissues. The results showed that the positive expression rate of p21ras, the expression intensity and the number of AdNORs counts and morphological changes from high to low were papillary carcinoma, nodular goiter and adenoma. There was a statistically significant difference between benign and malignant lesions. This indicates that strong positive expression of p21ras and high counts of AgORs and morphological changes are helpful in distinguishing benign and malignant lesions with papillary hyperplasia, and also in the detection of early cancerous cases. The two detection methods are equally important and complementary.
