县级水利工程质监机构建设一直是水利部门难以解决的问题。2011年中央和省委两个1号文件下发以后,宣州市积极探索,强力推进县级水利工程质量监督机构建设,努力构建全市水利工程质量监督网路,强化政府质量监督,取得了明显成效。本文简要介绍了在推进县级水利质监机构建设中的一些探索和做法,供参考。
The construction of quality supervision institutions at county level water conservancy projects has always been an issue that is hard to be solved by the water conservancy department. After the issuance of two No.1 and No.1 provincial documents by the central government and the provincial government in 2011, Xuanzhou City actively explored and vigorously promoted the construction of quality supervision institutions for water conservancy projects at the county level, strived to build the quality supervision network for water conservancy projects in the city, and strengthened the government’s quality supervision Effective.
