本文以硫属半导体纳米材料的合成为例，综述了纳米光功能材料的合成方法，各种方法的特点和今后的发展方向。
In this paper, the synthesis of chalcogenide semiconductor nanomaterials is taken as an example. The synthesis methods of nanometer photofunctional materials, the characteristics of various methods and the future development directions are summarized.
