本文首先提出现阶段水利企事业单位在承担社会责任中存在的问题,通过分析水利企事业单位人员社会责任感薄弱和缺乏的原因,针对这些问题,提出了几点加强单位社会责任观念培养机制的措施。
This paper firstly put forward the problems existing in water conservancy enterprises and institutions undertaking social responsibility at this stage. By analyzing the reasons for the weakness and lack of social responsibility of water conservancy enterprises and institutions, the paper puts forward some measures to strengthen these units’ awareness of social responsibility .
