第三产业是一二产业以外的以服务为主要形式的新兴产业,其发展历史虽短,但它对财政的贡献并不亚于一二产业。研究第三产业的发展,努力提高其对财政的贡献率,对培植财源,增强财政宏观调控能力有着重要的现实意义。
The tertiary industry is an emerging industry with service as its main form outside the first and second industries. Its development history is short, but its contribution to finance is no less than the first and second industries. Studying the development of the tertiary industry and making great efforts to increase its contribution rate to finance have important practical significance for cultivating financial resources and enhancing the ability of macro-control of finance.
