通过对燃气导热油炉供热系统特点的描述,提出导热油炉供热系统的优势及安全重要性,对燃气导热油炉系统内各种潜在的危险性进行分析与讨论,主要研究了导热油的火灾危险性,主要分析了导热油本身残碳指标以及燃烧系统的危险性,主要分析了点火过程中的危险性以及炉膛爆炸、火灾危险性分析,并从工艺系统,仪控连锁保护,以及平面布置,电气等方面,提出相应的安全措施,避免安全事故的发生。
Based on the description of the characteristics of heating system of gas heat conduction oil furnace, the advantages and safety importance of heat conduction oil heater heating system are put forward. All kinds of potential dangers in gas conduction heat oil furnace system are analyzed and discussed. Mainly analyzes the carbon residue index and the danger of the combustion system of the HTF, analyzes the danger in the process of ignition and the analysis of the explosion and the fire hazard in the hearth, Plane layout, electrical, etc., put forward the appropriate safety measures to prevent the occurrence of safety incidents.
