通城县电力公司是首批6县1区上划直管的一家公司,原来由地方政府管理,隶属县人民政府,员工的劳动用工、职称职能评定、社会保险等上划前均按地方政策执行。笔者结合多年工作实践,就上划县人员现状进行分析,并对上划县地方取证的基本情况进一步研究,提出了一些个人的想法和建议,供大家探讨学习。
Tongcheng County Electric Power Company is the first group of 6 counties and 1 district directly supervised by a company that was originally managed by the local government and is subordinate to the county people’s government. The labor and employment of staff, assessment of professional titles and social insurance are based on local policies carried out. Based on years of work practice, the author analyzes the status quo of county staff, and further studies the basic situation of local evidence collection in Shangxian County. I put forward some personal ideas and suggestions for you to explore and study.
