本文探索了在食道心房调搏过程中,身高和导管深度的关系。经临床对照应用,结果表明:应用Benson等人回归方程计算所得的导管深度能够迅速夺获心房;并能降低起搏阈值;尤其对室上性心动过速的病人有实用价值。并应用该方程设计了一个可供使用的身高与导管深度的换算表。
This article explores the relationship between height and catheter depth during esophageal atrial pacing. The results of clinical comparison show that using the Benson’s regression equation to calculate the depth of the catheter can quickly capture the atrium, decrease the pacing threshold, and especially have practical value for patients with supraventricular tachycardia. And the equation is used to design a usable conversion table of height and catheter depth.
