我厂生产的强制式搅拌机,加工传动轴的内花键槽是一个难题。该轴右端盲孔内有8个键槽,要求分度均匀,槽宽10_(+0.040mm)~(+0.076mm)尺寸必须准确,安装时方能同减速器输出花键轴顺利相配。
The forced agitator produced by our factory, processing the spline groove of the drive shaft is a problem. There are 8 keyways in the blind hole at the right end of the shaft. The required indexing is uniform, and the groove width must be 10_(+0.040mm)~(+0.076mm). The dimensions must be accurate. Only the output spline shaft of the reducer can be matched properly during installation.
