我在应聘进公司后曾被派遣到国外接受培训,公司与我签订了一份服务期合约,服务期限为五年。年年,我的《劳动合同》到期,但公司一直没有与我续签合同。前几天,公司人事部门提出不再与我续签劳动合同,要求我立刻办理交接手续。我认为,服务期合约应该是劳动关系当事人双方共同履行和遵守的,现在公司单方违约与应该承担责任,请给予指点。——王
After I was employed in the company, I was sent abroad for training and the company signed a service contract with me for a period of five years. Every year, my “labor contract” expires, but the company has not renewed my contract.
