冶金焦炭是冶炼厂的主要燃料,它不仅影响着产品的质量,也同样影响着产品的成本。目前,冶金焦炭的来源比较缺乏,而且价格昂贵,因此如何寻求其他燃料代用品,是冶金工作者在试验研究方面的一项重要工作。这一问题的解决,不仅可以大大降低成本(例如天然焦的价格仅为冶金焦炭的1/(11)),同时也给国家节约了大量的冶金焦炭,对整个国民经济来说具有重要的意义。本期表表了两篇关于“铜鼓风炉试用天然焦代替焦炭”和“使用无烟煤做气化燃料”的初步试验总结。他们的试验基本上是成功的。我们希望通过这两篇文章,能够引起有关部门的重视,进一步加以研究,做出更全面的忌结,为将来推广创造有利的条件。
Metallurgical coke is the smelter’s main fuel, which not only affects the quality of the product, but also affects the cost of the product. At present, the sources of metallurgical coke are relatively scarce and expensive. Therefore, how to find alternative fuel substitutes is an important task for metallurgical workers in experimental research. This problem can not only greatly reduce the cost (for example, the price of natural coke is only 1 / (11) of metallurgical coke), but also save the country a lot of metallurgical coke, which is of great significance to the entire national economy . This issue sheet contains two preliminary tests on “Trial of Natural Coke for Copper Blast Furnaces for Coke” and “Use of Anthracite for Gasification Fuels”. Their experiment is basically successful. We hope that through these two articles, we can draw the attention of relevant departments, study them further, make more comprehensive avoidance and create favorable conditions for the promotion in the future.
