我国颅脑创伤患者占同期创伤患者的25%,居各类创伤的首位[1].我院自1995年5月～2001年6月共收治各类型颅脑创伤患者1897例,占同期创伤患者的26.05%(1897/7283),其中行手术治疗的颅内血肿患者312例,经快速抢救体系处理,致残率和病死率降低.
