近年来,在国家鼓励社会力量以多种形式举办幼儿园的政策支持下,民办幼儿园得到了长足发展。而师资队伍不稳定,教师流动性大,优秀教师流失等是民办幼儿园存在的主要问题,严重影响民办幼儿园的长足发展,以及幼儿的健康成长。解决民办幼儿园教师流失问题,政府应加大支持力度,提高民办幼儿教师地位;加强监管力度,规范民办幼儿园管理;加强民办幼儿教师培训,关注教师职业成长。
In recent years, under the policy of encouraging state forces to organize kindergartens in various forms, private kindergartens have made great strides. The instability of teaching staff, the large mobility of teachers and the loss of outstanding teachers are the major problems in private kindergartens. They seriously affect the rapid development of private kindergartens and the healthy growth of young children. To solve the problem of loss of private kindergarten teachers, the government should increase its support to improve the status of private kindergarten teachers; strengthen supervision and regulation; regulate the management of private kindergartens; strengthen the training of private preschool teachers and pay attention to the growth of teachers’ occupation.
