研究了固溶处理温度对Cr-Ni-Mo-Ti马氏体时效不锈钢奥氏体形成、过剩相和最终时效的影响。结果表明:800~950℃时升高固溶处理温度形成的奥氏体依次发生组织遗传、回复和再结晶,同时使过剩相逐步溶解,而且升高固溶处理温度使最终500℃时效逆转变奥氏体形成倾向明显下降,这些微观组织变化的复杂作用致使材料强度略有下降,冲击韧度则没有变化。950℃以上固溶处理奥氏体晶粒快速粗化,材料强度和韧性均显著下降。
The effect of solution treatment temperature on the austenite formation, excess phase and final aging of Cr-Ni-Mo-Ti martensitic stainless steel was studied. The results show that the austenite formed by solution treatment at 800-950 ℃ undergoes genetic heredity, recovery and recrystallization in turn, while the excess phase dissolves gradually, and the solution treatment temperature increases to reverse the aging at 500 ℃ The tendency of austenite formation is obviously decreased. The complex effect of these microstructural changes leads to a slight decrease of material strength and no change of impact toughness. The austenite grain coarsening above solution temperature of 950 ℃, the strength and toughness of the material decreased significantly.
