我做班主任时间不是太长,至今也只有五年的时间,但我却时时有着老师特有的幸福与感动。扫地也能幸福打扫教室,看似简单的事,其实是一个巨大的工程。我把打扫卫生分解成了好几件小事,扫地、擦玻璃、整理课桌、擦黑板、撮灰等,再一个个教他们学会做每一件小事。低年级的孩子不会扫地,我就教他们从后往前扫,双手握扫把,这样就有力量了。他们不会撮灰,我就会告诉他们尽量减少撮灰的次数,把各个小组的灰尘集中在一起,这样就降低了撮灰的难度。我还教他们擦黑板、玻璃。只要一个星期就可以把全班学生培训一次。

I also teach them to wipe the blackboard, glass. It takes only a week to train the entire class once.
