热水锅炉是近几年新兴的采暖热源,用热水采暖房间温度适宜舒适,而且比蒸汽采暖有明显的节煤效果,故深受采暖用户的欢迎。但是通过几年来的停炉内外部检验却出乎意料之外的发现有些热水锅炉腐蚀情况非常严重,值得引以借签。驻本市某部干休所的120万仟卡热水锅炉(KZG_2—8改为热水运行)仅运行一冬,烟管点状腐蚀深度即达2 mm以上,用尖锤轻轻一击即透,被迫全部更换烟管。类似这样的点状穿孔性腐蚀,程度虽有不同,但后果都是穿孔漏水。现就这类锅炉的腐蚀原因浅析如下:
