长期以来,因受药物监测技术水平的限制及磺胺类药物首次剂量加倍的影响,有些单位应用抗生素时仍笼统采用首次剂量加倍以期提高疗效。作者认为,这种用药方法是值得商榷的。现就一些常用抗生素在临床应用中的有关问题作以下简要讨论。
