本文对长期接受小剂量电离辐射作用的174名工人进行了健康观察。结果观察组主要表现自觉症状出现率较高,外周血象白细胞和血小板计数略低于对照组,淋巴细胞相对值则明显增高。未发现肝脏、心血管系统、甲状腺、眼晶状体等器官有功能或器质性改变。外周血淋巴细胞微核检查未反映出辐射与效应的关系。结合现场辐射剂量资料该厂作业人员在长期低于年剂量当量极限受照条件下对健康影响不大。
In this paper, 174 workers who have long been exposed to low doses of ionizing radiation were observed. Results The observation group mainly showed a higher incidence of symptoms, with leukocytes and platelet counts in peripheral blood slightly lower than those in the control group, while the relative values of lymphocytes were significantly higher. Not found in the liver, cardiovascular system, thyroid, eye lens and other organs have organic or organic changes. Peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus test did not reflect the relationship between radiation and effect. Combined with the field radiation dose data, the plant workers in the long-term lower than the dose-equivalent limit of exposure under the conditions of health has little effect.
