目的 优选无热冷配制乳膏剂的基质组成及工艺条件。方法 以乳膏剂的稳定性及外观性状为考察指标 ,用正交设计法 ,以基质配比、乳化剂添加量和搅拌方式为可变因素 ,选用L9(34 )表进行实验。结果 最优的基质组成及工艺是 :植物油10 .0g、液体石蜡 8.0g、甘油 5 .0g、多羟基酰胺 1.5～ 2 .0g、聚多糖复合物 2 .5～ 3 .0g,高剪切混合乳化机搅拌 10min。结论 按此法制备的乳膏剂符合中国药典 2 0 0 0年版有关软膏剂的规定
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the matrix composition and process conditions of a cream-free cream. Methods The stability and appearance of the cream were used as indexes. The orthogonal design method was used to select the L9 (34) table with the matrix ratio, emulsifier dosage and stirring method as the variable factors. The results of the optimal matrix composition and process are: vegetable oil 10 .0g, liquid paraffin 8.0g, glycerol 5 .0g, polyhydroxyamide 1.5 ~ 2.0g, polysaccharide complex 2.5 ~ 3.0g, high shear mixing Emulsifier 10min. Conclusion The cream prepared by this method conforms to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 version of the ointment
