目的:研究抗大肠癌制剂芋菇颗粒的提取工艺。方法:建立苯酚硫酸法测定多糖的含量,以多糖提取得率为指标,采用L9(34)正交实验设计对芋菇颗粒进行水提取工艺研究。结果:确定了苯酚硫酸法测定多糖含量的实验参数,即加入苯酚溶液0.8mL,浓硫酸5.0mL,沸水浴加热显色5min。提取工艺研究结果显示以20倍量水,提取2次,每次沸腾1.5h,多糖提取率稳定达到14.4%。结论:该提取方法简便易行、稳定可靠。
Objective: To study the extraction process of anti-colorectal drug Taro particles. Methods: The content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The extraction rate of polysaccharides was used as index. The orthogonal design of L9 (34) was used to study the water extraction process. Results: The experimental parameters of determination of polysaccharide content by phenol sulfuric acid method were determined. That is, adding 0.8mL of phenol solution, 5.0mL of concentrated sulfuric acid and heating in boiling water bath for 5min. The extraction process showed that the extraction rate of polysaccharides reached 14.4% with 20 times the amount of water, 2 times of extraction and 1.5 hours of boiling. Conclusion: The extraction method is simple, stable and reliable.
