2007年,神华神东煤炭分公司榆家梁煤矿党委以构建“和谐发展型”矿井为目标,紧紧围绕矿井安全生产、经营管理等各项工作,研究和改进思想政治工作的方式、方法,通过关注员工和周边村民的民生问题,真心实意地为员工和村民办实事、办好事,团结带领全矿员工完成1640万吨商品煤生产任务,支持带动周边村庄进行社会主义新农村建设,营造良好的内、外和谐发展环境,促进了矿井的又好又快发展。
