我院试制的一种溃疡药膜用于治疗口腔溃疡,疗效好,无副作用,制作简便,使用方便,深受医务人员和病员的欢迎。现介绍如下。一、溃疡药膜处方庆大霉素8万u,达克罗宁0.3g,培他米松1mg,糖精适量,香精3滴,甘油15滴,羧甲基纤维素钠3g,蒸馏水50ml。二、制法 1.取结晶糖精2粒溶解于50ml蒸馏水中,然后加入达克罗宁0.3g搅拌使溶解。 2.把庆大霉素、甘油加入上液搅匀,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠,然后置水浴上加热溶解。再将培它米松片研成极细粉末加入,充分搅拌均匀。最后加入香精3滴混匀,放置至无气泡
