氯苯駢噻嗪(Chlorpromazine)为近年来所发現的許多重要藥物之一。因其藥理作用的多样性引起了不少临床家及藥理学工作者的兴趣与研究。 Jaulmes氏等(工953)曾报告在低温麻醉时氯苯駢噻嗪(以下簡称苯嗪)略能增强动物对氰化物之抵抗能力。Sobrinho及Walter二氏(1955)。也发現此藥具有若干防止四氧嘧啶引起动物糖尿病之效果。Brand等(1954)研究了苯嗪对数种藥物催吐作用的影响,报导此藥能在狗身上对抗盐酸去水嗎啡,嗎啡,Hydergine之催吐作用。临床方面也广泛应用此藥于各种嘔吐,如尿毒症、洋地黄中毒及妊娠所致之嘔吐。
Chlorpromazine is one of many important drugs found in recent years. Because of its diversity of pharmacological effects caused many clinicians and pharmacologists interest and research. Jaulmes et al. (953) reported that chlorbenzidine (hereinafter referred to as “triazine”) slightly enhances animal resistance to cyanide at low temperature anesthesia. Sobrinho and Walter II (1955). It has also been found that this medicine has several effects of preventing alloxan-induced diabetes in animals. Brand et al. (1954) studied the effects of benzazines on the emetic effects of several drugs and reported that the drug counteracted the emetic effects of dehydro morphine, morphine and Hydergine on dogs. The clinical aspects of the drug is also widely used in a variety of vomiting, such as uremia, digitalis poisoning and pregnancy-induced vomiting.
