目的通过二因素试验探索硅提高干旱胁迫下党参种子萌发的潜力。方法采用发芽试验,聚乙二醇-6000模拟干旱胁迫,研究不同浓度硅(0,2,4,6,8 mmol/L)对干旱胁迫下党参种子萌发的影响。结果在干旱胁迫显著抑制党参种子萌发的前提下,硅可促进党参种子萌发,且随硅浓度升高呈先升后降的趋势。研究还发现,干旱程度越强,促进效果越显著。综合分析发芽率(势)、发芽指数、胚芽(根)长度和鲜重等指标,得出2 mmol/L和4 mmol/L浓度硅可显著升高各项指标(P<0.05),所以确定2~4 mmol/L为最佳浓度范围。结论硅具有促进党参种子萌发的潜力,这为进一步研究硅对党参药材产量和质量的提高奠定了基础。
Objective To explore the potential of silicon to enhance the germination of Codonopsis pilosulas under drought stress by two factor experiments. Methods Germination test and PEG-6000 simulated drought stress were used to study the effects of different concentrations of silicon (0, 2, 4, 6, 8 mmol / L) on the germination of Codonopsis Results Under the condition of drought stress significantly inhibited the germination of Codonopsis pilosula, silicon could promote the germination of Codonopsis pilosula and it increased at first and then decreased with the increase of silicon concentration. The study also found that the stronger the drought, the more significant the promotion effect. The indexes of germination rate, germination index, germ (root) length and fresh weight were analyzed comprehensively. The results showed that silicon at 2 mmol / L and 4 mmol / L increased significantly (P <0.05) 2 ~ 4 mmol / L for the best concentration range. Conclusion Silicon has the potential to promote the germination of Codonopsis pilosula L., which lays the foundation for the further study of silicon on the yield and quality of Codonopsis pilosula.
