本文报告18硅烷滤柱(C_(18))醛固酮放免测定实验结果。用改良Mckenzie及Al-DuJaili法合成醛固酮肟-BSA作免疫原,免疫NZ家兔制备抗醛固酮血清。
In this paper, the experimental results of the determination of aldosterone in 18 Silane filter column (C_ (18)) are reported. Aldosterone oxime-BSA was synthesized by modified Mckenzie and Al-DuJaili methods and immunized NZ rabbits to prepare anti-aldosterone serum.
