目的:建立食品中黄色2G、奶油黄和柑橘红2含量的高效液相色谱测定方法,采用液质联用法定性。方法:样品中的黄色2G、奶油黄和柑橘红2用正己烷提取,中性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化,采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)分离,以甲醇和水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器检测定量。结果:黄色2G、奶油黄和柑橘红2标准曲线范围为0.5 mg/L~10.0 mg/L,回收率范围为80.3%~95.8%,相对标准偏差为1.51%~5.75%。结论:该法准确度高,分离效果好,结果稳定可靠,适合于食品中黄色2G、奶油黄和柑橘红2含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of yellow 2G, cream yellow and citrus red 2 in food by high performance liquid chromatography (LC-MS / MS). Methods: The samples of yellow 2G, cream yellow and citrus red 2 were extracted with n-hexane and purified by neutral alumina solid-phase extraction. The separation was performed on a C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol and water as the mobile phase Phase gradient elution, diode array detector detection and quantification. Results: The calibration curve of yellow 2G, cream yellow and citrus red 2 ranged from 0.5 mg / L to 10.0 mg / L. The recoveries ranged from 80.3% to 95.8% with relative standard deviations of 1.51% -5.75%. Conclusion: The method has high accuracy, good separation effect and stable and reliable results. It is suitable for the determination of yellow 2G, cream yellow and citrus red 2 in food.
