口服大量异烟肼常发生痉挛症状,其痉挛的特点是呈癫痫样发作,故易因误诊而导致死亡,如果抢救及时则可以痊愈。现报告1例如下: 病例报告周某,女,20岁,未婚,工人。住院号:182245。于1982年5月25日12时,因口角自服异烟肼50毫克片剂共100片。无呕吐,服药40分钟后尖叫一声即昏迷,全身强直性抽搐,口吐泡沫,嘴角歪向一侧,口唇发绀,每隔5～16分钟抽搐一次,同时有呼吸暂停现象,每次约停40秒钟。一小时后送本院急诊室,仍抽搐频繁,每4～5分钟抽一次,
