新修订的《九年义务教育小学思想品德课和初中思想政治课课程标准(试行)》指出,小学思想品德课的根本目的,在于培养学生的道德认识、道德情感、道德意志和道德行为。而要达成这一根本目的,单靠“听、讲”不可能获得,它必须通过实践操作来掌握。因此,一堂好的思想品德课,从学文、激情、明理、导行列内化。都应当对学生进行有目的、有计划地操作训练。内容多元、形式多样、角度多维的作业练习,应当贯串课堂教学的全过程,使学生真正获得“发展”的意义,而不仅仅是一个环节,让学生的道德认识在作业中习得,道德情感在作业中升华,道德意志在作业中强化,道德行为在作业中内化。
