通过溶胶-凝胶方法合成了V_2O_5纳米棒材料,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)表征了材料的微观结构。采用交流阻抗法和恒流充放电测试对比研究了V_2O_5纳米棒材料和V_2O_5原料在传统电极和粘性碳电极上的电化学性能。结果表明传统电极制备方法适用于V_2O_5原料,而粘性碳基底适用于V_2O_5纳米棒材料。V_2O_5纳米棒粘性碳电极具有优于V_2O_5原料传统电极的充放电倍率性能。
The V 2 O 5 nanorods were synthesized by sol-gel method. The microstructure of the material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The electrochemical properties of V 2 O 5 nanorods and V 2 O 5 raw materials on traditional electrodes and viscous carbon electrodes were compared by AC impedance method and constant current charge-discharge test. The results show that the traditional electrode preparation method is suitable for V 2 O 5 raw materials, while the viscous carbon substrate is suitable for V 2 O 5 nanorod materials. V_2O_5 nanorods sticky carbon electrode has better charge-discharge rate performance than the traditional electrode of V_2O_5 raw material.
