短暂性全面性遗忘症(transient global amnesiaTGA)最初由Bender(1956)描述为单纯孤立遗忘发作,现将我院所见2例报告如下,并结合文献进行讨论。病例报告例1:男性,53岁,右利,工人。既往体健,90年5月7日上午和同事聊天时,不断重复询问“今天几号?”谈及6日下午单位开会,作为发言者之一的患者却全然小知会议内容,而且对是否开过会,不曾有记忆。遂被人送往厂卫生所,未经特殊治疗,于病后5小时病人突然“清醒”,恢复正常,但对这5小时内发生的事一无所知;病后6小时来院。神经系统除眼底动脉硬化外未见其它异常,一般内科检查正常。EEG
Transient global amnesia (transient global amnesia TGA) was originally described by Bender (1956) as a mere orphaned episode. We now report two cases seen in our hospital and discuss them in the literature. Case Report 1: Male, 53, Rightwing, worker. Previously, on the morning of May 7, 1990, when I was chatting with a colleague in the morning, I repeatedly asked “What time is it today ?,” talking about the meeting of the unit on the afternoon of 6th. As one of the speakers, patients were completely ignorant of the contents of the meeting, After the meeting, there is no memory. Then was sent to the factory health clinic, without special treatment, 5 hours after the patient suddenly “awake”, returned to normal, but nothing to know what happened within 5 hours; 6 hours after illness to the hospital. Nervous system in addition to fundus atherosclerosis outside the other no abnormalities, the general medical examination was normal. EEG
