刘秉亮,辽宁著名国画家,1934年生于沈阳市法库县,1958年毕业于鲁迅美术学院干部进修班,曾长期从事文联及群众美术辅导工作,现为中国美术家协会会员,中国美术家协会辽宁分会理事,辽宁中国画研究会理事,辽宁漫画学会副会长,沈阳市美术家协会副主席,沈阳市政协委员,沈阳市文史馆特聘研究员。刘秉亮从十七岁开始步入画坛,至今已辛勤耕耘四十余载,其艺术才华卓然不群,以多种绘画形式发表了大量的美术作品、从而驰名
Liu Bingliang, a famous painter in Liaoning Province, was born in Faku County, Shenyang City in 1934 and graduated from the cadre training class of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts in 1958. He has long been engaged in literary and art work of the masses and is now a member of the Chinese Artists Association and the China Artists Association Liaoning Branch director, director of Liaoning Chinese Painting Research Association, Liaoning Manga Society vice president, Shenyang Artists Association vice chairman, Shenyang CPPCC Shenyang City Museum of History distinguished researcher.
