纵向一体化和准纵向一体化是我国煤炭产业的两种互补发展模式。纵向一体化的实现是以获取被收购企业的产权为基础的,而准纵向一体化是通过在交易方之间建立紧密的战略合作关系来实现的。准纵向一体化是介于纵向一体化和非一体化之间的一种组织形式,其实质是专业化分工。现阶段,我国煤炭产业实现准纵向一体化发展必须首先从强化流通环节入手,主要实现途径有两条,分别是实施煤炭供应链管理和建设煤炭物流园区。
Vertical integration and quasi-vertical integration are two complementary development modes of China’s coal industry. The realization of vertical integration is based on acquiring the property rights of the acquired company, while the quasi-vertical integration is achieved through the establishment of close strategic cooperation among the parties to the transaction. Quasi-vertical integration is between the vertical integration and non-integration of an organizational form, its essence is specialized division of labor. At this stage, China’s coal industry to achieve the quasi-vertical integration of development must first start with the strengthening of circulation, there are two main ways to achieve, namely, the implementation of the coal supply chain management and construction of coal logistics park.
