丝瓜,又名天萝或布瓜,为葫芦科攀援植物的果实。其性味甘平,嫩瓜作菜,口味极佳,老瓜入药,效力不凡。由于丝瓜的根、藤、叶、果、籽和络均可药用,因此丝瓜全身皆是宝。 传统中医认为丝瓜能祛风化痰、凉血解毒、止咳、利尿。现代医学从药理活性、细胞分子生物学等多方面对丝瓜进行深入研究,已发现丝瓜的活性成分有:皂甙、生物碱、氨基酸与蛋白质等,其丝瓜汁中富含糖类、维生素C和维生素B。我们从丝瓜不同药用部位出发,分别阐述其药理活性与临床常用配方,以说明其神奇功效。
