鄂城钢铁厂是一个由矿山采剥到轧制钢材的地方中型联合企业.是湖北省1982年企业整顿的第一批重点单位之一.今年五月,经省联合检查验收组检查验收合格.对财务整顿的讲评结论是:“领导重视,重点突出,方法对头,财务整顿搞得好,变化大,效果显著.”1982年,在产值下降3%的情况下,真利润却比1981年增长6.1%,今年1～4月实现的利润比1982年同期增长23.4%.通过一年多的实践,我们认为,要搞好企业财务整顿,必须抓好“四个同步”.一、财务整顿必须与其他各项整顿同步进行,在企业全面整顿中财务整顿工作怎样进行,这是必须首先解决的问题.我们采取的办法是“一
