目的观察并比较不同年龄人群接种森林脑炎灭活疫苗后血清IgG抗体几何平均浓度和阳转率,确认现行免疫方法是否适合未成年人群和老年人群。方法按随机、开放式的方法,选择年龄8岁以上的健康人群,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测不同阶段血清IgG抗体,评价疫苗的免疫效果。结果从不同年龄段抗体阳转情况看,8~17周岁组、18~59周岁组、60周岁以上组的抗体阳转率分别为100.00%、94.11%、97.48%,血清IgG抗体几何平均浓度分别为804 VIEU/ml、384 VIEU/ml、706 VIEU/ml,经统计学检验,3个年龄段抗体阳转率和IgG抗体几何平均浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1.0 ml森林脑炎灭活疫苗接种后28 d体液免疫效果稳定,未成年人群和老年人群接种后抗体阳转率和IgG抗体几何平均浓度均不低于成年人群,适用于各年龄人群大规模接种。
Objective To observe and compare the geometric mean IgG antibody concentration and positive conversion rate after inoculation of forest encephalitis inactivated vaccine of different age groups to confirm whether the current immunization method is suitable for minors and the elderly. Methods According to the randomized and open method, the healthy people aged above 8 years old were selected, and the serum IgG antibodies of different stages were detected by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to evaluate the immune effect of the vaccine. Results The positive rate of antibody positive reaction in different age groups was 100.00%, 94.11% and 97.48% respectively in 8-17 years old group, 18-59 years old group and 60+ years old group. The geometric mean concentrations of serum IgG antibody were respectively (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The 1.0 ml forest encephalitis inactivated vaccine has a stable humoral immunity effect 28 days after inoculation. The positive rate of antibody positive rate and the geometric mean of IgG antibody after inoculation of juvenile and old people are not lower than that of adult population, which is suitable for large-scale population of all ages Inoculation.
