中国作家协会贵州分会于三月十二日召开雨煤作品讨论会。雨煤同志是上海人,1963年从上海戏剧学院毕业后,分配到贵州省文化局工作。他到贵州后,就爱上了贵州山乡,爱上了勤劳、质朴的贵州劳动人民。十多年来,他一有机会便到农村体验生活,熟悉了解农民生和农村的风土人情。1975年他在一次农村调查中,听到水族有几个寨子没有水吃时,毅然步行了数十里崎岖的山路去了解他们吃水的情况。根据这次调查所得的感受,他写了短篇小说《水妹子》。这篇小说描绘一个上海知识青年,在农村基层党组织的哺育下茁壮成长的故
Guizhou Branch of Chinese Writers’ Association held a seminar on rain coal works on March 12. Rain coal comrades from Shanghai, 1963 from Shanghai Theater Academy, assigned to work in Guizhou Provincial Department of Culture. After he came to Guizhou, he fell in love with Guizhou Shanxiang and fell in love with hard-working and simple Guizhou working people. For more than a decade, he had the opportunity to experience life in rural areas and become familiar with peasant life and rural customs. In 1975 he was in a rural survey, heard some of the aquarium stockade did not eat water, decided to walk tens of miles of rugged mountain to understand their draft situation.
