The Third Ministerial Meeting of Seoul Special Economic Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Meeting was held in Seoul from November 12 to November 14. The meeting focused on the economic trends and problems in the world and in the region, the process of the Uruguay Round of multilateral trade negotiations and the promotion of regional trade liberalization.
