前言近年来,我国发展了一系列新型合金系统的高强度钢,锰钼钒型高强度钢就是其中较成熟的钢种之一。我厂自1967年以来,采用14MnMoV、15MnMoVN及14MnMoVN等不同强度级别的高强度钢制造了一批大容量电站锅炉汽包、中压及高压化工容器。众所周知,利用高强度钢制造高压设备的关键,是焊接问题。我厂经过多年的生产实践,摸索到了一些经验,现综述如下:
Preface In recent years, China has developed a series of new high-strength alloy steel systems, manganese and molybdenum-vanadium-type high-strength steel is one of the more mature steel. Since 1967, our factory has used a series of high-strength steels of different strength classes such as 14MnMoV, 15MnMoVN and 14MnMoVN to manufacture a series of high-capacity power station boiler drums, medium-pressure and high-pressure chemical containers. As we all know, the key to making high-pressure equipment from high strength steel is the welding problem.
