60KVDW_1—60型开关,是变电所的主要设备,必须按时检修,保其完好状态—运行安全可靠。 60KVDW_1—60型开关的主要绝缘部份是变压器。对此,我矿电气工程师白辰炀同志在检修中,根据变压器油的性质、特点,结合工作实践,提出了绝缘油的处理方法。 首先,分析了变压器油击穿原因,主要是极性杂质和水份、纤维和被游离了的汽泡等在电场的作用下,在电极间逐渐排列成“小桥”而导致油间隙的击穿。
