目的：探讨食管癌根治性手术后进行联合化疗的意义及价值。方法：对49例接受根治性手术的食管癌患者作为治疗组，采用DEP方案进行化疗；同期单纯接受根治手术的37例患者为对照组观察，将其结果做统计学处理。结果：治疗组与对照组的一年、三年、五年生存率分别为77．6％、44．9％、36．7％和59．5％、27．0％、13．5％，其五年生存率在两组之间有显著性的差异。结论：食管癌根治术后进行联合化疗，在提高五年生存率方面夹有价值和意义的。
Objective: To explore the significance and value of combined chemotherapy after radical surgery for esophageal cancer. Methods: Forty-nine patients with esophageal cancer who underwent radical surgery were treated with DEP as the treatment group. 37 patients who underwent radical surgery alone were observed in the control group. The results were analyzed statistically. Results: The one-, three-, and five-year survival rates of the treatment and control groups were 77.6%, 44.9%, 36.7%, 59.5%, 27.0%, and 13.5%, respectively. The five-year survival rate was significantly different between the two groups. Conclusions: Combined chemotherapy after radical resection of esophageal cancer is valuable and meaningful in increasing the five-year survival rate.
