我科于1986年3月份对双沟中学899名和双沟小学813名学生,用直接涂片三张进行粪检,中学生蛔虫感染率34.82%、钩虫感染率9.68%;小学生蛔虫感染率61.13%、钩虫感染率3.64%。对两校粪检阳性者,采用湖北省沔阳制药厂生产的丙硫咪唑集体一次空腹服用。剂量为12岁以下200mg(2片),12岁以上400mg(4片)30天后对原粪检阳性者,再进行一次复查,蛔虫、钩虫阴转率分别为99.53和98.78%。服药后未发现不良反应,用药量小,效果很好,适用于学校集体服药驱虫。

The dose was 200mg (2 tablets) under 12 years old, 400mg (4 tablets) over 12 years old. After 30 days, the positive stool samples were reexamined. The negative conversion rates of roundworm and hookworm were 99.53% and 98.78% respectively. No adverse reactions after taking medication, the amount of medication is small, the effect is good, suitable for school collective medication deworming.
